AI Readiness Check
Before you spend €50,000 on an AI project, spend one or two weeks finding out whether it will actually work. A paid, independent feasibility assessment — real engineering, not a sales call. And if you go ahead with the build, 100% of the fee is credited.

How It Works
Kickoff
2-hour workshop: your process, your systems, your goal. You bring domain knowledge; I bring the AI engineering. An NDA before the kickoff is standard practice — just ask.
Analysis
I examine your data, systems, and constraints — and where useful, test the critical technical risk with a small prototype.
Report
Written assessment: feasibility, architecture, effort, costs, risks — in language your management understands.
Decision
90-minute results call. You decide: build with Tippel (fee credited), build with someone else, or don't build at all.
Why Paid, Not Free?
Real Work, Not a Pitch
A free consultation is a sales conversation. A paid assessment is engineering: I look at your actual data and systems and commit to a verdict in writing.
An Independent Answer
Because the check is paid for, "no" is an acceptable outcome. Many AI project ideas shouldn't be built — and you want to hear that before the invoice, not after.
A Usable Artifact
The report stands on its own: architecture, costs, roadmap. Use it for internal sign-off, budget planning, or a funding application — even if you never work with me again.
Is This for You?
A good fit if …
- You have a concrete process in mind — order intake, document review, support, reporting.
- Your data lives in real systems: ERP, DMS, email, databases.
- You want a production system — and you're prepared to hear "don't build this" if that's the honest answer.
Not a fit if …
- You're looking for a free proof-of-concept or a pitch deck for a board meeting.
- You need a large team embedded for months — Tippel is deliberately one engineer, and projects that don't fit in one engineer's hands get an honest no.
- You want AI for the press release rather than for a process.
Common Questions
How much of my team's time does the check require?
A 2-hour kickoff workshop, access to a contact person for questions during the analysis, and a 90-minute results call. The engineering work in between is mine, not yours.
Is our information treated confidentially?
Yes. All enquiries are treated confidentially, and an NDA before the kickoff is standard practice — just ask.
Remote or on-site?
The kickoff workshop works both ways — remote or on-site. The analysis itself is done remotely.
What if the verdict is "don't build this"?
Then you've spent a four-figure sum to avoid a five-figure mistake — and you keep the written report: architecture considerations, cost estimate, and the reasons it doesn't add up (yet).
What if we build with someone else?
The report is written to stand on its own. Use it for internal sign-off, budget planning, or as a specification for another provider — there's no obligation to build with Tippel.
What happens if a one-person company becomes unavailable?
Every project ships with full source code ownership, written documentation, and reproducible deployment — so from week one you hold working, documented software that any competent engineer could take over. No proprietary black box, no lock-in.
